Duncan has extensive experience in corporate finance, financial analysis and planning, mergers & acquisitions and project finance.

Before forming Trafalgar Pincio Corporate Finance Duncan has worked as financial controller for a South-African food company, as analyst project finance & venture capital and investment manager for the Netherlands Development Finance Institution and as Manager M&A for Endemol Entertainment. He started his own corporate finance consultancy, Pincio Capital, in 2002.

Duncan has worked with a diverse group of companies in radio, broadcasting, content, tv production, web production and games development and has an extensive network in these industries.

Duncan holds a degree in Business Economics (University of Groningen) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the University of Charlottesville, Virginia, USA.

In his spare free time he can be found on the hockeyfields, in the kitchen or behind a book reading history and non-fiction. And he likes to play the occasional game.
