Frederik’s specializations lie within the fields of syndications, project finance, general management, strategy, recruitment and management development.

Before forming Trafalgar Pincio Corporate Finance Frederik worked as Manager Syndications at MeesPierson and at the Netherlands Development Finance Corporation, as Senior Consultant at NMC-Nijsse International and as Managing Consultant at Korn/Ferry Futurestep. And before that some flying at the Dutch Royal Navy.

Besides Trafalgar Pincio Frederik is also a Partner at MRI Netherlands Executive Search. He is co-founder of The Guts Factory, a leadership-training center for top-executives and of the Peacemaker Foundation, a program to train an elite group of students to mediate in social conflicts between their peers. Furthermore he is board member of several start-up companies.

Frederik holds degrees in Company Law (University of Leiden) and Public Relations & Mass Communication (University of Utrecht).

He loves golf, skiing, reading, and his wife, sons and classic motorboat. And he loves games.
