Trafalgar Pincio is a joint-venture between Trafalgar Consulting and Pincio Capital, companies with a background in games consultancy (representation, marketing, brand-building and other business services) and corporate finance (m&a, valuations, financing structures) respectively.

Trafalgar Pincio was founded in the summer of 2003 with the aim to specialise in corporate finance for the games industry specifically. We developed new, sophisticated financing structures enabling companies to finance games development with debt and keeping risks minimal.
